What each role is allowed to do. Every one of these is enforced on the server, not just hidden in this panel. You cannot grant a permission you do not hold yourself, and the super administrator role cannot be edited: both would let someone lock everyone else out.

Organisations exist and users belong to one, but estimates, customers and rate libraries are not yet separated by organisation. Adding a second organisation here does not yet isolate its data. This screen exists so the model is in place; the scoping work is tracked in docs/MULTI_TENANCY.md.

Material catalogue
Definitions, not prices
The catalogue is the same for every FitForge customer: codes, descriptions, units, waste percentages and specifications. It carries no prices at all. Adding an item copies the definition into your own material library at a zero rate, and what you then pay for it is yours alone. Nothing you enter is shared back.
